Quick resolution and great advice. He came around quickly and had the tools to fix our alarm

Liam arrived within a couple of hours. Found the problem and rectified it. Explained everything to us and showed us the problem. Felt very reassured and he obviously had enormous experience in his field. He didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t required. Thank you Liam for your professional and prompt service.

Following our initial approach to Liam we had to delay the meeting for over 3 weeks due to family illness and holidays. On our return we contacted Liam and managed to arrange a visit within a very short period of time. We found Liam to be knowledgeable and a good communicator and prompt for the visit, He replaced the batteries in our system and quickly found the reasons as to why our alarm was not sounding outside of our property. Liam replaced the exterior alarm box with the minimum of fuss and also suggested a revised method of unsetting our alarm which had been causing us a few problems.

Liam replied to my post within minutes, arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Would happily use him again.

Had a wireless alarm fitted by Liam at AIS and can say i would have no hesitation in recommending him he explained everything did a fantastic job was courteous and professional throughout excellent work!!!
