I chose to use Aitken Flooring because I was impressed with their website and by the scope and quality of the flooring solutions they offered. I only had a small job to be done which was fixing an issue with laminate flooring in our kitchen. Although only a small job, Sammy was onboard from the start and fixed the issue for us in no time at an extremely competitive price. He kept appointment times, updated us and was committed to fix our issue - thanks, Sammy! We will be using Aitken Flooring Specialists for any further flooring jobs we have - very impressed.

Very pleased with LVT laid by Sammy and his team. Very polite and cleaned up when leaving. Sammy's communication with dates and times when visiting was always given in advance. Felt if required we could leave Sammy in the house if we needed to pop out.

Sammy promptly replied to my job and gave a decent quote was able to complete the work quickly (it was a small job which he fitted me in for). He did a great job, was super clean and tidy. Thanks!

Polite and personable, Sammy and his team treat your home with respect, tidy up after themselves and work methodically. Great attention to detail and follow-up. They worked round us home-working and worked out of office hours to meet our deadline. Highly recommend this company.
