I rand Alex and explained that my elderly Aunties electric kept going off intermittently (no outage in the area) and that she was an electric only flat so leaving her without heating etc. Alex sent two guys within the hour and identified the issue which was not internal it was to do with ENWL and advised me of exactly what to say when I rang them. It was in fact ENWL’s issue. Having had a leak come through my light fittings from the apartment above, due to a burst pipe, they arrived 15 mins after I called checked everything over aswell as the apartment above, they made sure everything was safe to be used again.
