Unreliable
I received a message on the 8th April stating that they would start the work on the 25th April , this was delayed until the 30th May .On the 24th May I received a message to say Andy the owner of AJB Property Solutions had fractured his foot ??? , and we agreed on 20th June . Today the 19th of June I received a message saying due to a family crisis they can't do the job . Andy was aware that an exterior painter was booked for next week 27Th June . Each time Andy has changed the date the painter's date has been changed due to the nature of the work that was to be done by AJB property solution

This customer came threw a reckomendation from another customer i have not done any work for this customer but been difficult from first call im not unreliable just had cancel for a family crisis thanks look at my other reviews

Andy was quick to respond, extremely courteous. The work was completed to an excellent standard and he went the extra mile and cleaned the side path as well. I would highly recommend him.

Cleaning a fairly large area of wall
Andy successfully cleaned dirt, moss etc off walls that hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. He worked hard and cheerfully and priced fairly.
