Lovely and professional and efficient. We used Alan after a horrible experience with the London Chimney Co who were absolute cowboys and a total rip off. Alan came to finish a job they said they had done but actually hadn't. He also advised that what they were proposing to do in addition to sweep our chimney was a complete rip off. So glad we found someone reasonable and honest, we'll be getting him back in the new year to do some further work

Very pleased to have found a knowledgeable and helpful chimney sweep, having renovated a Warner house with 4 working chimneys. I'd got them all swept/assessed and the lounge open fire operational but had been told the kitchen one needed ripping out to remove an old water tank. Here I sit in front of a lovely kitchen open fire having benefitted from experience that said no, its a simple drill job and did it at no extra charge. Very pleased and will use this service yearly. Highly recommend if you appreciate someone who 'tunes' a chimney - many thanks

Excellent! Called to say would be slightly delayed and arrived at revised time which was not too much later. Both friendly, courteous. Did a super job and were very tidy. Highly recommended

Chimney cleaned with no problems and no mess left. Also spent time (at no extra cost) explaining how I should fill behind a fireback for best results. Very useful as I had no real clue and it helped hugely. Highly recommended, many thanks.

This is a competent company. Alan knows his trade, and cleans the chimney using brushes and hoover - the proper way! Pleasant person, works cleanly, no mess. Highly recommend.
