Disappointed with time keeping and quality of work. Will not use again. 1. Supposed to be a 2-day job but he had to come back to do some touch ups in order to be paid. 2. He was late on two days even though he chose the start time. 3. The first day he stopped work at 1pm but hadn't told me he'd be doing that. 4. I asked for soft sheen but got matt paint. 5. He left black marks on my pale pink bathroom tiles that won't come off. 6. He did not sponge down after finishing the work and left a lot of dust on all the surfaces. 7. Asked for a quote, ok'd it, then he told me it was an estimate

In response to negative feedback
1: I did have to go black Because the customer said the kitchen ceiling looked bumpy’ I told her she needs the ceiling plastered but she didn’t want to do that.
When I finished the job the first time I asked the customer if she is happy with the work she said yes.
2: I was 10mins late and I’ll let the customer know I was running late.
3: I had an unexpected family issue I had to leave at 1pm I still got the job done in two days.
4: I didn’t get that message about soft Sheen paint.
5: there was no black marks on the tiles when I finished the job.
6: I wipe down the surfaces and the towels when I finished’ but it’s impossible to get rid of every piece of dust without doing a deep clean.
7: The customer asked me for a quote for labour and materials, I sent the customer email stating the quote for materials will be an estimate because I wouldn’t know the exact price until I buy the materials, customer said this was okay,
