  Be carefully - likely to botch the work!

  Ashley installed a fire door in my property. Some weeks later both locks on the door simultaneously failed. I had to then engage a locksmith who explained that the door was installed shoddily which caused both locks to stop working. Furthermore, the fire door was ineffective as Ashley left massive gaps between the door and the frame. Hence, the whole installation had to be done from the scratch and I had to also pay out of pocket for the locksmith. When I complained to Ashley regarding the doors, he returned my payment for it but has refused to compensate me for other expenses.

  Loft conversion

  Ashley and his team were amazing. 6 weeks from beginning to end and we are thrilled with the final build. We were sad to see them go!

  Loft conversion

  I’ve recently had A J Freeman carpentry complete our loft conversion. This had some challenges due to space for the stairs and to achieve a good size bedroom with an en suite. With Ashley’s experience he managed to achieve the maximum space possible by utilising all the area to its best ability. For example where there should have just been an ashlar wall, he created 2 large wardrobes with tons of space for all our clothes and storage. The stairs came out perfect as he executed the best possible outcome for the space available. Clean, professional, excellent work ethic, no stress atall for me!

  I had a garden transformation. Fence, decking, pergola, benches and raised beds

  I would more than recommend this company A.J is a true professional, the work he carried out in my garden more than exceeded my expectations, I am more than amazed with my garden. Him and his apprentice work relentlessly through each day allowing themselves a small lunch break and take great pride in the work they produce. 110% customer satisfaction here Thank you both so so much. You will be back! I wouldn’t use anyone else..

  Large workshop/ shed/ gazebo

  Ashley and Coner have done an amazing job building my custom made workshop / shed / gazebo. These guys worked tirelessly on This build, not only did they get the job done in just 6 days, they had to work in this dreadful heat. Their time keeping was spot on, Kept me informed at every stage of the build and very polite. We would definitely recommend AJ Freeman Carpentry. A -Maz -ing

  New Garden out house and external kitchen bbq

  I had the pleasure of having AJ Freeman Carpentry recently and I have to be 100% honest. The best experience I have had of any trades person. From the outset Ashley came across professional and with his experience gave us some great ideas also great with potential issues that may arrive. Ashley out of 4 people we asked was the only one to come back with ideas a super quick price and drawings / design with in a short time period. My best compliment is you would think AJ Freeman Carpentry was building our projects for themselves. Clean, tidy, always on time and nothing was to much!
