We took on Andy and his team to help us renovate and make alterations to a property that we are moving into. Communication was good, always open to advise us and come up with solutions to problems that occurred. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Recently moved in and had to rectify various issues, including chimney repairs, relaying a concrete floor and a stud partition. Andy and his team were fantastic and completed all jobs to timescale, very helpful, polite and punctual. Would definitely recommend!

we had the unfortunate problem of the leak in the hot water system. This meant a take down old ceiling and install new plaster board, then plaster and paint, Needless to say the "lads" covered all the surfaces and moved all the furniture and then went for it! once all the initial work was completed they returned a few days later and we are now the owners of a sparkling white ceiling (and they refitted the light fittings) This is the second time that Andy and his lads have worked for us and his work quality is faultless, my 'go too' builder!

The work was carried out over a two day period, recently . They were polite, friendly, thorough & carried out the work to a high standard .Im very pleased with the end result.

The post holding up the porch was starting to rot and the wall seemed to be coming away from the house. Mr Grant replaced the post, reinforced it with a metal rod and set it in concrete to ensure it was not going to rot. He assessed any damaged that was being done to the house and made it good Mr Grant turned up on time, worked hard and efficiently to complete the work in good time. Left the area clean and tidy. We will use Mr Grant again for any future jobs

Missing rag stones were replaced and the wall repointed. Hopefully the smart wall will stand for many years to come.
