We engaged AJ Home and Garden to replace our living room floor and redecorate.
We found them to be professional, personable and efficient. The work was carried out to a high standard and we're very happy with our new floor and walls. So much so, that we have asked them back to do some more building work for us -
Front Porch revamp, new brickwork, tiling, fencing
Jet and his team did a great job on our front porch. Jet worked hard to get it finished in time and communicated with me throughout ensuring we were satisfied and happy. He was honest and upfront of the costings and details of the job and was very professional. Jet cares about his work, he has done an amazing job to our front porch we have had many compliments from our neighbours of what a transformation it is!
Wall painting for the whole flat
Jet and Gas are friendly and trustworthy people. They went extra miles to make sure the painting work completed within 5 days' notice. They stayed communicated throughout the job. The job is nicely done. Would hire them again for works at my flat.
Downstairs reconstruction
We are delighted with the work undertaken by Ponari. The two main men (Jet and Afrim) were really good: they submitted a fair quote and stuck to it, but were flexible when it came to us requiring additional work to be undertaken. They kept us informed of any revisions to the timetable - mainly generated by our changes - and sought regular feedback re any snagging. The quality of their work is really high - and it needed to be as they installed three steel beams, which hold up the house. The whole team were polite and accommodating and they kept the house as tidy as they could. Very happy.
New bathroom flooring fitted, removed old vinyl, boards beneath fixed, lined floor, pipe to sink moved.
Very pleased with the work. Price was as quoted, very slight delay in confirming the start date for the work but very reliable and came promptly on time each day. Worked hard throughout. Left the place tidy and they were all very courteous and obliging. Came back promptly as promised after the weekend for 10 minutes to do minor finishing touches. Did a good job. I would use them again.
Did full bathroom refurbishment to flat. Stripped out old bath and other fittings. Replaced with new shower tray and toilet, sink vanity unit.
Works were done well and promptly. Good communication about work, kept the rest of the flat tidy. Stress-free to work with.
