  Really good guys came did all I asked and offered lots of info on boiler, timer control etc changed weeping radiator connection and took 2 radiators off for decorating. Really no messing straight on to the job . I will be using adam and joe again very soon . I would highly recommend them .

  Emergency call out for RCD trip, no further resolution attempted or offered, total visit of 20 minutes. £140 charge, of which £70 was for AJHood as 'agent'

  20 minute visit yet huge charge out and when asked about the value of that was told agency take half and he also was happy to take £70 for 20 minute visit.

  Just replying to say i dont set the prices the emergency call out company do. I just say yes i can do or no i cant the prices are not down to me or my company. When i was attending no trip of the rcd happened and i even gave you my card to call if anything tripped and i could talk you through to find what circuit the problem was on. Many thanks Alistair
