We booked James, who came yesterday, to top up our virtually non-existent loft insulation. We were very impressed with James who arrived on time and got on with the job straight away. James is a very likeable, hard-working and trustworthy person. He finished the job in a day and we are so happy it is done. We would recommend James wholeheartedly. A great job, thank you James.

James did a great job insulating the voids between the joists in the downstairs reception of our Victorian home. With 3 layers of; wind proofing membrane, then Rockwool insulation then vapour barrier bottom to top sealed with foil tape. This involved floorboard removal and re-attachment He explained the material options well, provided an itemised quote, committed to dates and performed the works to a high standard, at a reasonable price agreed in advance. We will assess the impact this winter and consider our other room with a similar void under floor. Would recommend

Very professional job and a very easy company to deal with. The job was estimated via a video call and photographs, he turned up when expected and did what we agreed for the agreed price and to a very good standard. Kept me very well informed prior to the job, and would not hesitate to use them again.

James is a very trustworthy hard worker who managed to clear my loft of the dreaded spray foam, at very short notice. I was unable to be there most of the time but he kept me informed with progress & videos. All this at a reasonable rate what more could you ask I would not hesitate to use him again if the need arises... BoB C

James did a great job installing internal insulation on solid masonry walls in our master bedroom. I was really impressed and grateful for his ability to adapt to our circumstances (a particularly cold corner, a socket that couldn't be extended) and consistent communicate of any necessary adjustments and considerations. He gave us lots of options and answered all our questions. He's a lovely chap and dedicated to delivering a high level of service at a fair rate; we will certainly be using his services again in the future.

James arrived well on time both days, was cheerful, courteous and very easy to get on with. He gave me options on certain aspects of the work and answered all my questions as to what would be best for this particular job, which he did carefully and thoroughly. He explained what had been done. He also brought down everything stored in the loft - a great deal more than I expected - and took the heavier items out to my garage. The job came in below his original quote, so he gave me a discount. I'd recommend him to anyone wanting work done on their loft.
