Downstairs Decorated
This is the 2nd time we have used AJM Painters and Decorators as the work is completed to perfection. This time they painted our whole downstairs including staircase. Living room ceiling
So disappointed originally sprayed out house which seemed OK. Called back as patchy living room ceiling plastering not great, however the paint rolling today is terrible. Roller marks orange peel roller slide marks. Charged £760 for a job not well executed. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Lost monies. Sorry to hear you feel this way it is very upsetting as we are a professional company. There was wet plaster when ajm turned up, we suggested to wait until it is dried out as it may show. You insisted the job was carried out. Originally quoted to spray all the ceilings and miss coat the walls, we went above and beyond. Applied a finish coat to all the walls at no extra cost. The customer was happy with the finish, the invoice was supplied. Upon supplying the invoice no payment was made until we got in touch. Was then stated there was a problem with one ceiling. We offered to return the next day and roll it out. When we arrived we showed the customer the badly plastered ceiling which is why there is a shadow. The customer agreed and we still said we would roll the ceiling out as a good will gesture. Now seeing this review without being made aware of any problem which we would have rectified asap. We have now offered to return and re-spray the ceiling but all our means of contacts are being avoided. We hope we can sort this matter for you.

Painting and decorating
Thank you Anthony and Tony, for a job so professionally done with great care and efficiency. No mess, no fuss and great care was taken with large plastic covers and also taping, to make sure there were no paint splatters anywhere in our conservatory. We've just had a new roof put on it, by Thermaroof, who were also most proficient, and you finished off our ceiling beautifully. We now have an extra room, no longer freezing in winter, and we're so pleased. Thank you for fitting us in so close to Christmas, when you were already so busy. We really appreciate it.
