Firstly the increase in price was discussed with the customer and agreed upon. The house had furniture unmoved and shelves full in every room no cleaning had been done prior to decorating for quite some time resulting in us losing 2 days just cleaning up dust and filth all colours were chosen by the customer and were the exact ones used on the job. Because of the price increase the customer tried to cut £500 from the bill but took 3 days to respond with pictures of the said damages. In 2 years this is our only be feedback I feel it's unfair and was purely down to the price increase they eventually offered to pay so we wouldn't take it to small claims court. We asked for 3 more days to complete the work and were told you can do it on an evening after other jobs but not when anyone was present this was also a stumbling block.
