Original work appeared to be satisfactory but problems arose within approximately 7 months being a defective heating element.

Excellent customer service and work, as part and replacement were a problem which needed a not straight forward solution.

The fitter was in no rush he done the job very tidy and cleaned up and hovered would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

Responded to an emergency call, arrived as promised, did an emergency job to stop the immediate leak and came back, as promised, and fitted a new tank. Very professional and competent would use again.

We never have any problem with him. Very reasonable price.
