  Hardwood Floor Sanding and Staining

Arthur was amazing throughout. We had our parkade flooring sanded and stained and a couple of bedrooms painted. The work was finished to a high standard and our home looks absolutely stunning. I cant recommend A J Property Maintenance enough and I will continue to use his services whenever I need them!

Needed our large bookcase attached to the wall.

Was a tricky job due to lack of space and access but Arthur was quick to find a solution and safely attach our bookcase. He also came at urgent notice and charged a very good price. Will be using him again for odd jobs around our home.
