  Repair of gully and dormer window cheeks and replacement of felt underlay beneath tiles.

  Adrian gave me a competitive quote for replacement of a gully around a dormer window and for re-rendering the cheeks of two dormer windows with associated lead and woodwork replacement. On starting the work, he identified the poor quality of the felt beneath the tiles on the roof around the dormers and after some negotiation on price, I agreed for him to replace the felt as well. Adrian and his cousin always turned up on time and completed both jobs quickly and to a good standard. He also did some other minor roof repairs at no extra cost.

  Patch in new boiler flue and cut tiles around it

  Adrian patched in my new boiler flue pipe and cut the existing tiles around it. He did a nice neat and tidy job which I'm very happy with. His communication was good throughout and he was reliable, always turning up when he said he would and checking first if he wanted to come a bit earlier or later. If he needed to stop at the house to check something or take a picture he always let me know in advance. He was also honest, telling me that a leak I had downstairs was not related to any issue with the roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adrian for any roofing job.

  Clean moss off roof

  Roof leak repair. Ridge tiles reset. Re-render chimney

  Adrian and his colleague were very punctual and efficient. The job was carried out to a high standard and they worked without stopping all day. They were very tidy too, clearing up all the mess and removing moss from a large area. They were also respectful when they originally attended for the quote and took off their shoes. They kept to the exact price agreed. I’m sure their business will prosper if they keep this up! It’s a recommendation from us!
