  A good roofer

  Initially a repair job on the gable end of my roof. However, James took photos and a video to show me the extent of the damage to the felt under the tiles. It was absolutely rotten and had many holes. The work on re-felting was done efficiently and I was sent copious photos of the work in progress, which meant that there was huge accountability. Communication between myself, James and his team was excellent. Clearing up afterwards was very good; absolutely no debris was left. A praiseworthy job carried out effectively, with good materials and safety.

  Dry Ridge Repair

  Excellent roofer

  The rendering between my ridge tiles needed removing and replaced with new cement and I contacted A J Solutions from Check A Trade. I accepted James' quote and he completed the work competently and in a timely manner. James was friendly and professional so I would certainly recommend this roofing company. I was also pleased that he did not immediately turn on a radio when commencing work which also pleased me!

  Rainham Kent, replacement guttering, soffits and fascias and cladding panels

  We now have a new fresh look front and back. James visited us same day as request and provided a fairly priced quotation that we were happy to accept. Scaffolding was erected day before and removed day after, and over a conservatory which wasn't a problem. Job was completed quickly and to a good standard by a team of workers. Other optional roofing services were quoted during the job. Old satellite dish removed and included in price, small porch above door repainted at small extra cost. Payment by bank transfer on completion, no deposit required.

  Roof Replacement

  New roof

  James and the team were very professional. He showed us the work that needed doing and kept us informed throughout the job. The team cleaned up all the rubbish they brought with them and left our garden as it was found. we appreciate the open and honest conversations we had to discuss our roof but in a non pushy manor

  Good communication, every message responded to promptly which was appreciated. The work itself was done really well and I felt James and his team were open and transparent the entire team. The team who came to do the work were very polite and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more to be honest!

  Emergency Roofing Service

  James was polite and helpful on the phone. Able to quote and fix my roof on the same day within an hour! Nothing was too much trouble. Even when the two replacement tiles he had got didn’t fit, he was able to contact someone to bring over the correct ones within twenty minuites. My tiles where Kent Peg tiles and he needed to cut one of them to make it a good fit. He knew his job and was very effective at getting the job in hand done. Swift and efficient. Polite and helpful. no job too small.
