Damp in unused chimney. Remove cowl, clear out debris. New cowl and cap. Repointing and new bricks.

Sandy and colleague did an excellent job in two days. Very efficient and tidy. Explained what he was doing and even replaced some cracked and slipped roof tiles and removed an old TV aerial. Thoroughly recommend.
