Jazz has not done the work yet but he responded to my request on 27 Feb as soon as I had entered it on the Checkatrade website. My scoring above is based on many experiences of Jazz's work and I do not doubt it will be the same when he repairs and services my mother-in-law's boiler tomorrow and services my gas fire and boiler on 3/3/2021.

Mr Scott was recommended by a work colleague and I couldn't have been happier with the final result. He was clean and tidy (which is a big thing for me) punctual and polite. I have no doubt the quality of work will be equally impressive, so far so good. Will definitely recommend him to my friends.

The work carried out by Arthur was top notch and he arrived on time, also he cleaned up everything himself and didn't leave until he was happy that the radiator was working which did take a while due to it being cast iron, would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Arthur was professional and efficient from our initial contact asking for a quote, right the way through to completing the job. Always kept us informed, turned up on time, was flexible with the work schedule when we needed him to be, was helpful and polite, and did everything for a reasonable price. Basically everything you would ever need in a plumbing/central heating service. Will definitely use his services again!
