After 2 years, I've still got nowhere with this man. Rude, dismissive and treated me as though I didnt kniw what I was talking about. Now I have real issues because of the sub par workmanship. £20,000 and now I cannot sell due to his appalling work. Gutter that only drains one way, gaps on wither side in the plastic covering so conservatory is smothered in insects constantly so unuseable. They get in via the gaps and it is just filthy and gross all the time. Still leaks despite them coming twice for that issue. Dont be fooled. He will be obnoxious and rude as soon as you have a problem.

We completed this installation several years ago, and she has in fact recommended us to others. This is in connection with an email we received in October 2022 saying she has had her gutters jet washed and the conservatory now leaked. We explained that it was unlikely to be an error on our part as the conservatory only leaked after it was jet washed. We did make a minor adjustment to the roof in February 2020. We have never been rude to this customer, the last correspondence with her was an email saying we would come and have a look on the October 2022 and we have not heard anything since. I have emailed you today to try and find a resolution.
