• Remove chimney, relay flat roof

  Following the chimney having serious leaks leading to water accessing the roof space Anthony visited and estimated repairs required to make all sound .....this entailed removing the chimney and replacing the flat roof. We have used Anthony before and his level of service was excellent. Despite appalling weather the work was carried out including the team working the weekend. Needless to say other work was found to have to be done but we were kept informed at all times. All rubbish and materials were cleaned up and taken away leaving site tidy. Recommended and very reasonable price.

• Leaking roof – rain from SW storms getting in where our roof slopes down behind the chimney.

  I have no hesitation in recommending Anthony and his team to you. They did a brilliant job fixing our leaking roof – water from south westerly winds and rain was getting in where the roof slopes down behind the chimney. They quickly realised what the problem was, and, having explained what they would do, in detail, came and did it- fitted a new waterproof membrane and lead flashing, resealed the lead flashing with an all-weather sealant, increased the flaunching on top of the chimney, and coated the chimney with stormdry sealant. • Roof repair

  We had a leak in our roof so Anthony and his team came over to do an inspection. They found the leak and repaired it over 2 days, since then we have had lots of rain and the roof hasn’t leaked. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

• Roof and dormer repairs after signs of leak / damp

  I appreciated Anthony explaining the necessary repairs in layman’s terms. He also gave me an estimate of cost of repairs after viewing the problem and the final bill came within the agreed. They completely re built the roof alongside the valley adjacent to my neighbour which was causing a leak. They also rebuilt the area between the dormers and improved the drainage on either side. Being a terrace house everything had to be taken through and even this was not a problem. I chose AJW roofing Ltd on the recommendation of my neighbours and I was not disappointed, yes I would use them again.
