Radiator Installation

Remove and cap off one radiator, install another
Experience started well, confirming the right materials, but worsened. Messages were left unread without confirming times. The agreed time passed, so I texted, and it was still that day but unsure when. They arrived 2.5 hours late and left again to buy materials. They did the requested works but left marks on the radiator and scratches/dents in the wall. They also didn’t tighten everything correctly, causing our heating and hot water to go off.

Kitchen tap replacement
Were almost 3 hours late due to problems with the previous job. However two engineers came who were friendly and efficient and completed the job very well and to my satisfaction.

Corner kitchen cabinet would not close.
I contacted Checkatrade around about 5.15pm on Friday evening and had a response around 6pm and an engineer was in attendance before 7pm. Great service, job completed and everything left clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend AKA Property Solutions.
