  Successful External Redecoration Project to a Grade II Listed Building in Pimlico.

  AKB completed the external redecoration work to our property in July 2025. They completed the work a week ahead of programme. The standard of their preparation and painting to our stonework, doors and windows was excellent. They also managed their scaffolding contractor successfully. Their approach to our contract was very professional, well organised and undertaken in a friendly and collaborative manner. They were also very competitively priced.   Ben was good at his word at fulfilling all the jobs I needed done. Not only that, he and his team finished ahead of schedule! Unheard of in my experience. Ben and his team were professional and completed the work to a high standard. Recommend without any hesitation.

  Painting exterior of the house including repairing and painting damaged wood panels

  One of my neighbour's asked me if I wanted the exterior of my house painted at the same time as them, using the same company. I was wary after a recent bad experience with another tradesman. However, after seeing the quality of work AKB did painting and repairing the woodwork of the exterior of their house, I asked AKB to do the same work for me. Ben and his brother, who are very easy to work with, completed the work on time, to a high standard for a reasonable price. I would use them again, indeed I already have.

  Stripping down and painting an external door and windows inside and outside.

  AKB are great. They got back to me every single time, they listened to my concerns and adapted their plans accordingly, they were easy to discuss and open without using jargon language. They were reliable and flexible to accommodate my schedule. And maybe most importantly, they did an excellent job at all fronts. They also left the place immaculate.. I will definitely use them again. Star company and certainly at the top of my list of contacts to have.

  Repaired and painted the exterior of the house.

  From quoting for the job to its completion, it has been a pleasure to work with AKB. Communication has been excellent throughout the project. They are hardworking, conscientious and completely trustworthy as well as simply being really nice people! They have a genuine passion for what they do. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and within a very reasonable budget and timeframe.
