We recently used AK Construction and Maintenance Ltd to replace the lintels on two windows, knock through our kitchen into the living room, and install a new kitchen. The team was professional, reliable, and completed all the work to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, they arrived on time, kept everything tidy, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. We're delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend them.

Anthony is professional, friendly, and works quickly to do an excellent job. He has carried out work on the interior of our bay window and we have more recently had him back to do some repair work on the outside of our house. Very happy both times!

I would thoroughly recommend using Anthony Kavanagh. He came to correct a subsiding, suspended kitchen floor. He answered the call promptly, explained what he was going to do with detail. He clearly has a great level of experience, knowing instinctively how to correct the problem. Anthony is very friendly, quick to respond to questions. Anthony was the first to respond to my job on Checkatrade and he kept up the communications, explaining what the job would entail, which gave me the confidence to book him. On the day, he let me know when he would arrive and measured up for the lintel, then covered up the window below in a neat fashion. He got on in a professional manner , whilst explaining where he was up to on the job. He finished the work mid afternoon and left the place clean with no rubbish. I have the same knowledge on structural repair, as a half eaten mars bar. Anthony explained everything is a clear, kind and concise manner. He is efficient, and very respectful of the home he enters.
