Absolutely cannot recommend Artan highly enough. I should have known to be honest as was so highly recommended. On time. Polite super efficient. And wow what a job. Fantastic results kitchen done lounge done front door fixed all flooring laid. Flat packed items done. This is a can do Conpany. Oh and the price surprisingly cheap. I highly recommend Mondi and A.K Construction! Our garden building, initially built by another company, had severe flooding and damp issues. Mondi and his team tackled this complex project with confidence, patience, and skill. They thoroughly assessed the problems, developed a tailored solution, and communicated clearly. Their work included drainage, structural repairs, a retaining wall, and waterproofing, which have all proven effective. Our garden building is now dry and restored beautifully. Artan came promptly to give me a quote. He was the first of the 3 tradesmen who came who verified what we'd thought the problem was, because we had seen when the concrete base went up. The company were polite and courteous. They responded to communications promptly. They were quiet and did not disturb me or the neighbours. They removed and replaced all gutters front and back. They discovered some brickwork that had crumbled and leaked and fixed it. All rubbish was cleared. They completed the job quickly in the time specified.
