  Excellent Extension!

  AK Construction and Developments completed the project on my dwelling within the quoted timescale. All staff were courteous, polite and well-mannered throughout the duration of the works. They respected both myself and my property and were always willing to “go the extra mile” without hesitation or prompt. Quality materials were used all stages of the contract. Ardit leads a very happy and professional team. I would have no hesitation in recommending AK Construction and Developments to any potential client!

  Double dormer loft conversion and new kitchen

  I recently worked with Ardit from AK Constructions and Developments on a double dormer loft conversion, which included creating two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a utility room. I'm delighted with the results; the quality exceeded my expectations, and everyone who's visited has been impressed. His team, including Edi and Vini, were polite, courteous, and always willing to help. The work finished ahead of schedule, and Ardit sourced excellent tradespeople, making the experience stress-free. I was so impressed that I also asked him to redo my kitchen, and I'm thrilled with the outcome!

  Window fitting

  Ardit and his team completed a job for me very quickly, without compromising on the quality/finish. They blocked off an attic window and extended the size of an existing window. Ardit happily consulted me beforehand, suggesting that it would make more sense to have one window instead of two, which had turned out to be exceptional advice. Not only does this suit the size of the room, but it also saved me from purchasing an extra window. One more important thing to add would be that he was very tidy and cleaned up after the job was finished.

  Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation

  AK Construction completed the renovation of our kitchen and bathroom in our flat. Ardit and his team are passionate perfectionists with their work and completed each job beautifully. During the whole process, Ardit was always in communication and let us know the progress of the works everyday. Ardit offered excellent advice and was very adaptable when small problems needed fixing. We are beyond impressed and grateful for AK Constructions work.

  Loft conversion

  We had a small loft conversion with AK Constructions as they did our neighbour's flat very well. Our attic was very small and the high skill was required to install the velux rooflight without scaffolding. Particularly, we wanted to get the building works done during our holiday which was 2weeks. We handed over the house to Ardit and they finished all of the building works before we returned.
