Polite, professional, and very punctual. Phoned Andrew to obtain a quote on behalf of an existing client and he arranged with occupier and attended very quickly. Provided verbal feedback after initial visit to the property and report/quote was emailed shortly after. Would recommend.

A K Developments did an excellent job of building works to the front of my bungalow, the new brickwork matched exactly to the existing and the workmanship has drawn many compliments from passers by. After consultation Andy built a home office on the side of our garage, he did everything including project managed any other tradesmen needed. We were very pleased with the finished build and Andy was a pleasure to have on site. I would highly recommend using Andy for any building work. He also put us onto an architect and fingers crossed will be doing a house remodel for us in the near future. Great bloke, who really knows his trade, very trustworthy can be left to get on with the work unattended secure in the knowledge that he is working hard to get the job done.

Andrew’s work overall was brilliant. His work was finished to a high standard. He communicated with me about everything going on and has got the right personality, along with being clean, tidy and respectful.

I was recommended AK developments from a friend who had her extension done by Andy and really glad we went with him! Andy kept us informed throughout the build, explained everything including any costs and processes (we had never had any building work done before so we didnt know much!) He is also really friendly and always found the time to answer text messages to reply to any questions we had. We are really happy with the finished extension and would recommend AK developments to anyone.

Excellent work under trying circumstances ( covid and unfriendly next door neighbour). Also Andy is a genuinely nice guy who was always professional and a pleasure to have around my family.
