Straightforward quote without unnecessary complications
I booked this electrician and was very pleased with the service. Their pricing was clear & reasonable from the start. I explained what I needed and received a straightforward quote without unnecessary complications. When I added extra work, they provided updated quotes quickly & within 24 hours and sometimes almost immediately. They were even able to fit me in earlier due to a cancellation. After the job was completed, I noticed something I wanted adjusted, and they returned the very next morning to make the change. The official electrician of Blackheath (he's worked on most of the area by now!)
Kevin is an actual electrician! He is qualified, knowledgeable and skilled. He worked quickly and diligently for 3 days to complete the job (EICR, replacing outdoor cabling, installing lights and sockets, installing outdoor sockets, replacing the fuse board and bringing all the circuits up to date by ensuring we have RCD on everything). The work is of a very high standard and I am delighted by the end result. Kevin was very polite, friendly and helpful whilst he was here.
