Full House renovation

Dining room plastered
The quality of the work is very disappointing. After plasterer drying out I messaged them twice with a complaint about the quality off the work but never received any answer. They plastered the room in one coat and the walls are full of waves and imperfections. The did room 3x3 with ceiling in less than 3 hours. I spent a week to fix it after them. New house build. Plastering and tiling on 5,000 sq ft house.
The team did the plastering work for us and then moved onto tiling the 5 bathrooms and downstairs (including 6mm large format tiles). We also had a special effect micro cement 3 story internal wall finish. The team were easy to work with and worked hard to match our (high) expectations. Re-plastering the wall
There was a hole in the plaster and the team came and took the plaster off and re-plastered the whole wall along with some small plaster issues across the house. The job was done on time and the team were very patient and did a clean job. They worked hard and took all the rubbish away. They were reliable and even waited for me one time because I left the keys at home. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They are going to be doing another job for me already!
