Recommended Architect

When we first conceived the idea of our project, we were quite apprehensive given the general reputation of building work projects being extremely stressful. Contrary to the view, our experience has been rather exciting all thanks to the amazing team at AK studios. They went above and beyond to help push the project forward smoothly by enabling us to make informed decisions and working diligently with us every step of the way which took away the stress and made it a rather very enjoyable and exciting experience. Unfortunately I first selected one of those online drawing providers for my project who promptly got me a planning refusal and were not interested in sorting it out for me. Then I had the good fortune to come across AK Studios. Amna is a real qualified architect and it shows. Her knowledge and experience immediately gave me confidence that this was someone who knew what they were talking about. Her service is extremely prompt and very competitively priced. Amna is very helpful, always willing to discuss design options. We had multiple design calls. On the first site visit, she was professional, detail focused and able to give us advices. She helped us get our planning permission approved, an important step done.

Quick response to our initial enquiries. Helpful site visit to discuss our requirements. Good drawings and alterations as required. Help given for getting drainage CCTV and report completed. Planning approved on 6th March.
