Room and grounds clearance
Oliver and his assistant arrived promptly. They managed to clear a very cluttered room quickly and efficiently . They then cleared our grounds of all the rubbish and unwanted items that had accumulated. Such a good service, we hardly knew they were there. Would recommend this service highly and will definately be using again

Garden and waste clearance
Had various items to clear from garden including brick built bbq. Oven.Tree cuttings.General waste..there was a lot of rubbish to be cleared which was done in less than 2 hours! I was so so impressed with everything that was done and can highly recommend this company for any work you need carrying out! Amazing professional company!

Really easy to deal with . Did a good job clearing the house and left it in a tidy state .
Very lastminute house clearance job. I called on Friday, and the job was completed on Saturday.
Olly answered my call on Friday, and gave a quote. Although there were a few extra bits, he didn't charge any more. Olly is very polite and personable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
Completely clear house and Garden
I cant believe how lucky I was to find Ollie,he has worked incredibly hard and done a fantastic job clearing a 3 bed house and garden after tenants left it in a shocking state. His whole attitude and communication has been amazing from start to finish. I can totally recommend these 2 lads who will do a good honest days work. Thank you so much.

Complete house/garage/shed clearance
We needed to find someone to clear out my mother-in-law's home. We do not live in the area and finding someone we knew was out of the question. Using Checkatrade to search for local companies seemed like a great way to find what we were looking for. Based upon a very high rating, Aladdin Avan seemed like a good starting point. Having left my details, Oliver called me shortly after and I knew we had found the right company to deal with during a difficult and emotional task. It could not have worked out better and there is nothing else to be said. 10/10
