Alum was punctual and very pleasant. He had 2 locks to fix, found the problems quickly and then spent a considerable amount of time driving around until he had found the right parts, he would not leave until everything was resolved. He also diligently cleaned up as he went and didn’t leave any mess or rubbish behind. Highly recommended.

Alam answered promptly to the queries and came in record time to fix the radiators that was coming out the wall. We were a bit worried that it would fall the night before when we added the query in Checkatrade at 11:30pm. Alam was here next day during the afternoon. The job was done quite smoothly and Alam was very careful during the whole process. During the time Alam was here I asked other questions and advice about other topics and Alam was happy to share his thoughts. I would definitely contact and recommend Alam for next jobs. Alam also took a look at the dishwasher. All sorted.

Excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, kind, and polite, and did a perfect job repairing and refitting the curtain rod bracket. He also went out of his way to help me open a very tight screw, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of the work was outstanding — 10/10. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable tradesperson.
