We've been so impressed with Alan and Joe in the electrical work that they have done on our house. Alan's experience and knowledge has been greatly appreciated as he's guided us through the electrical work required to bring our house back up to a safe standard. They have always communicated clearly and honestly, and always carried out the work on time and to a very high standard. When I phoned Alan about my faulty security light he replied promptly and immediately offered a date to come and sort it out. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily by his son Joe who took the time to explain the fault and go through replacement options with me. He was knowledgeable and courteous and delivered service with a smile!
