  Alan responded to our request for a quote very quickly and also able to start within a short period, with a very reasonable price for an extension at the rear of the house Alan was prompt to solve any issues that arose, keeping us informed throughout the process with alternative solutions if required Alan is friendly and helpful and very good at his trade

  Wall crack stitched and general repointing

  Alan communicated promptly via app and when we spoke was very knowledgeable of the issue and had a lot of experience completing the same task. I was kept informed regularly of when work would be undertaken and it was completed promptly and as promised. I would recommend Alan and he will be my go to for future work.

  Partial Removal of Partition/Stud Wall

  Alan is a highly experienced and skilled builder, very friendly and extremely reliable. Once available he was quick to arrive for initial quotation and subsequently to do the job a week or two later! He was very communicative through the whole process ensuring that the job was fully understood and the final product speaks for itself. I now have a beautiful new "window" in my kitchen giving me the best parts of open plan living without sacrificing actual kitchen space!   Brilliant work, tidy and professional

  Alan is super reliable, friendly, professional, dedicated and did a FANTASTIC job on our new utility room. He has given us a fair price, was very tidy and showed clean workmanship and we are so happy with the end result.   Garage conversion

  Alan has completed other jobs for us in the past and has recently converted our garage into a lounge. We are more than happy with the end result. The work has been completed to a high standard and it is clear he takes pride in his work. He works with other professions to ensure his work meets building regulations. The photos speak for themselves and neighbours have commented on the quality of the work. It has really improved the overall look of the house. We have no hesitation in recommending Alan. As an aside Alan is friendly and honest and his quotes are reasonable.

  Beam installation

  Alan was great from the start. Came and gave a well informed quote and was knowledgeable about the work required. When the work was booked in he was professional throughout and advised on any snags/issues as they arrived (we have an old house and there were lots of unknowns!). The work was completed to a high standard and I would recommend Alan 100% and will be using him again for any future building work.
