Simon recently serviced my air source heat pump, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work being carried out and offering helpful maintenance tips. His attention to detail and thorough approach gave me complete confidence in the service. He left everything spotless and ensured my system was running efficiently before he left. Had initially contacted Alan about Smart Thermostats, he was quick and attentive on contact and gave a variety of options to consider alongside pricing for each. Upon install Alan was punctual and work carried out as requested at the rate quoted. Absolutely no problem recommending Alan to anybody.

Fitted new boiler
Alan was great from the initial diagnosis to advising the best way so solve our heating problems. The systems he uses to book visits, sends quotes and invoices was excellent and transparent. Most importantly Alan arrived on time every time and that consistency can be rare in this trade. Very happy with the works.
