The whole experience was very good from start to finish. Alan was very quick in contacting me and arranging an installation date in a very quick time. He was on time and completed the work as planned. He had an interesting installation due to the current wiring/set up that he was connecting into but got the system up an running in no time at all.

Definitely would recommend Alan Lowe and his team. They've done a few jobs for us over the last year and half and I couldn't recommend a friendlier team. Nothing was too much trouble, they're clean and tidy, and very professional. They've done everything from install a gas hob to install pretty much a new heating system and each time I couldn't fault their work/presence.

New boiler

Alan responded very quickly when my boiler stopped working. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new boiler and fitting. As he was busy, it was going to be almost a week before he could return to fit it but he managed to do it sooner. Very professional and tidy. I would happily recommend to anyone as he and his team are excellent. Many thanks to Alan.

Emergency call out!

We had to ring Alan as our heating had stopped working. As we were having our 3 year old daughter to stay,we needed it fixing. Alan came the next day,assessed and order the broken part. He then returned Sat afternoon to fix it.

Hi my name is Alan, I've been a Specialist Gas Technical Engineer for over 34 years, I was with British Gas for 27 years, 20 as a Technical engineer and 7 as a Gas Technical Trainer with the British Gas Academies, training and assessing their engineers. I also train and assess new and existing gas safe engineers at a local assessment centre part time, keeping my hand in with the current standards of the industry that helps keep my customers safe and our work to the highest standards.

Our other team Members are Simon and Dil, Both have been with the business for between 3 and 4 years and have been trained by me from the start and have progressed brilliantly keeping to the ethos of the business.

We focus on customer experience and safety from the start of your journey with us and the support beyond the work completed.
