I noticed that Alan was highly rated on Checkatrade so I contacted him to undertake works on a rental apartment in Birmingham. Alan communicated effectively with tenant and made arrangements to visit at short notice. His work is of a high standard. Alan also provided video footage of the works completed. The tenant was comfortable with Alan visiting the property. He was on time, courteous and professional. Highly recommended

We just moved into a property and had taken some radiators off the wall. The heating was not working due to low pressure. Alan came to have a look. He identified the leak and fixed it within 30 mins. Alan was professional, gave great advise and if someone we will definitely contact again when we go further work in our house. Thanks Alan!!

Alan carried out the job to a high standard, and problem solved an awkward job removing an old kitchen sink, cutting the worktop and fitting the larger replacement. His communication was great throughout and honoured pricing. He was punctual, knowledgable and pleasant - and would recommend him highly.
