We hired Alan Smith Plumbing to take out and replace our small bathroom for us. They arrived exactly on time every day and were very professional and friendly. Provided excellent service installing a new bath, basin, toilet, flooring, tiling and a shower over the bath. Also provided sage advice and helped us out with an unforeseen problem related to low water pressure. That problem was fixed quite quickly and we are very satisfied with our new bathroom! We would definitely recommend them!

We've just moved house and needed to rip out / replace an antiquated bathroom. Alan helped at every stage, explaining what was possible, helping us to source everything we needed and then fitting it all beautifully and with minimal disturbance. We are delighted with the results.

They turned up when they said they would. The bathroom was completely gutted and refitted to a high standard and unexpected hitches dealt with professionalism. He and Jules did a great job.

I phoned Alan as we had a burst pipe somewhere under the kitchen floor. He was able to come that day and phoned when he was on his way. He inspected the problem and decided what needed to be done. He carried out the repair to the pipes in a very professional manner with an extremely reasonable bill. Thoroughly recommend Alan.

In the last few months Alan and his colleague Jules have replaced a toilet, fitted fold up support arms to the wall and completed a number of other plumbing repairs around the house. They have arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and are perfectly pleasant. Recommended.

Alan responded to our phone request to visit us to discuss the work we required on our bathroom and heating system quickly. He arrived promptly as agreed and carried out the work efficiently at a reasonable cost. He was friendly and hard working and we would highly recommend him as we were very pleased with his work.
