Job done in a professional manor. System now working back to full spec

John was brilliant. He explained everything as he went. He showed me why different sensors and alarms were not working. He took time to test every thing thoroughly and fitted a more modern bell leaving no debris anywhere - and with only one cup of coffee he was easy to please

The work was carried out efficiently and cleanly with very little disruption to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

John from Tutum Secure upgraded our alarm system in 2015 and has serviced it every year since. Excellent service and a very pleasant guy. Recently he fitted a video door bell system as well which works well, we appreciated his advice to find the best solution at a reasonable price. John of Tutum Secure came round to service my alarm, which was fitted when we moved into our house (from new). The alarm system is very complicated, and we have had problems with it since moving in. We were not happy with the original company and their extortionate charges to service it. However, John came along, sorted everything out; replaced batteries where needed, and even found that we did not have a an actual bell in the front alarm box! He ordered new parts. His work was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone.

Good communication before the job and excellent training given on the day for less than our previous supplier. We will be asking Tutum to tender for our work going forward.
