We wanted a simple to use system for both us and our children to be able to use if we were not in. The advice and solution they recommended was the Verisure Security solution with the new Fog feature which is very different from the everyday security solutions we are used to and have used over the last 20 years. I would highly recommend a security review by Alarms Are Us as they are well informed and really do care about their customers. The personalised service we received was unlike any other we have experienced to date. Nice to know they can tell if its a false alarm or not too!

Mac and his team have done a great job installing my home alarm system and CCTV. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the time he took to explain the systems to me, understood my concerns and conveyed them to the installation team. The work was done promptly, with the installation team ensuring they let everything clean afterwards and to top it all off, Mac threw in a Ring doorbell despite a promotion that had ended recently. All in all to this day, I have not had any issues with both systems and would highly recommend Alarmsareus.

Alarms R Us handled the sales for our alarm system. They were also keen to follow up to ensure all was to our satisfaction a few times after installation. Generally a very good experience. I had a slight problem with the fitting of a sensor, but this was dealt with quickly (by the alarm company) once we figured it out. However, Alarms R Us have always offered good support and guidance - even after they made their money! I'd use them again.
