From initial survey of our home Alba Gas kept us aware of their schedules, to meet our needs. Communication was brilliant. Before work began Alba provided a carpet fitter to lift carpets as necessary. All supplies were delivered o work began. The installers, Scott and Craig turned up on time and were professional and respectful, in all interactions with us. They worked hard and completed all work in one shift and tidied up all areas before leaving. Carpets were also refitted by fitter. Great job Alba. Happy to recommend you for all work.

Got full install for central heating with these guys the quality of work was good but they damage some things in process and don't take responsibility...they tell you .......you signed a form your problem...not nice but will be taking this further

Cannot fault this company from start to finish. Kevin came out to quote and took more time to talk us through options than the other 3 quotes we tendered. We then had to wait 6 months to go ahead either work due to circumstances, but when we got back in touch Kev re-quoted within a day and once we confirmed we wanted to go ahead we had our appointment a week later. On the day, the guys introduced themselves, were cheerful and friendly. Efficient and got on with the job. We'd hardly have known they were here and they tidied up everything! Fantastic experience, can't thank the guys enough.

I cannot recommend Alba Gas enough. They are highly professional, very fairly priced, and all staff we've interacted with have been great at communicating and letting us know of possible options. When completing the work they were highly conscientious and very neat and tidy, as well as fast!
