Ermal did some work for one of our neighbours and based on the quality I observed he ended up completing a job for me and then for several houses on the road. On our house, Ermal replaced a decorative Edwardian balustrade with an identical replica. He painted the balustrade and all associated wood work. He also painted our front door and surrounding woodwork. Ermal was very reliable and worked extremely hard. Despite the heatwave, he went out of his way to ensure that he delivered for us and the neighbouring properties.

We can’t recommend Alban roofing enough. Our wooden balcony balustrade and roof surface were replaced to a very high standard. We were kept informed at each stage of the process and given a clear indication of cost. The whole process was professionally conducted from start to finish, with working area completely cleared.

Ermal did a fantastic job relaying our fibreglass roof and replaced the tiles on a pitched roof to resolve a persistent leak beneath the flat roof. From start to finish he was professional, reliable, and clearly knew his craft. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and everything was completed on time and left tidy. Most importantly, the leak has been completely resolved. Highly recommend Ermal for any roofing work.

Ermal was able to respond rapidly after we had roof damage and water ingestion due to a storm. His work was good and, despite further storms, the roof is remains waterproof.
