    Guttering replaced, fascia and soffit painted, dry verge caps installed

    Work seemed to be of a high quality initially but I had to ask for them to return to correctly install the down pipes at both the front and rear of the house as these were leaking with the first rainfall following their replacement. A few months later, two of the dry verge caps fell off during moderate winds. I asked them on a number of occasions over a period of 6 months to come and carry out the work and was fobbed off on every occasion until they stopped communicating with me. I have now had to pay for another company to carry out the work which was covered by their 10 year guarantee

    Roof cleaned, ridge and hip tiles replaced, woodwork painted, gutters and downpipes replaced

    Absolutely excellent service from estimate given until work finished. Prompt, courteous and professional. Very happy with the quality of the job. Completed on time and exactly to the estimate given. Would definitely use again.

    Roof repairs, gutter replacement, painting of gutters, eves,fascia, soffits.

    There is no evidence that approx 30 slates have been replaced, slates have been moved and mastic has been used inappropriately. The wood work has not been properly prepared for painting and rust is already showing through in several places on the gutters. I did point some of this out to Mr Rowan and it was supposed to have been rectified. There are widespread splashes of pain on the stonework, doorstep and paving. I have been advised it all needs to be redone at a cost of £2,330. Our satellite dish was damaged and the flue from the boiler dislodged allowing carbon monoxide gases into.

    Roof replaced.

    This company have been fantastic. They have completed the work on time and shown real pride in what they do. I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
