A competitive quote and good communication re service required (fitting of new LED ceiling light). We had a rough arrival time and also had a call when they were 15mins away - this is so helpful. Very punctual and on arrival very efficient, pleasant and courteous (with cute pictures of new baby - congrats!). Very pleased with work done and whole experience.
