  Excellent service from Albion from all involved. Steve was very helpful when he did the first visit, Danny was great when he came to do the survey and I cannot fault Rob and Ant for doing the work. They had to contend with some heavy rain and with the roofers that were also working on the property. They were absolutely excellent and I strongly recommend them.

  I’ve had two big bays, a bedroom and office room window replaced by Albion and have been thoroughly impressed with their work. I was satisfied with the professionalism, quality of installation and communication throughout the process, from quotes to the surveyor to the team who installed, as well as the office staff who took payment. Would definitely recommend Albion. I have a few other windows that need replacing so I’ll absolutely return to them to get this work done. Many thanks to the whole team.

• Fitting of new external door and glazed surround

  I chose Albion out of 5 companies as they appeared efficient. The installation was a total disaster. The workmen were unable/and or unwilling to complete the job, leaving unfitted trims, did not make good and could not fit the door knocker. To cap it all they broke/damaged numerous bricks in the surround adjacent to the door. Finally the door did not close properly, they said it would 'wear in' . A subsequent visit from the manager showed that in fact the door had been installed incorrectly. The job was redone by another Team and bricks repaired thanks to the Director. Unnecessary stress.

  From initial request to completion of the job, Albion have been exceptional. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, helpful and efficient. The job was done in the timescale they gave me, and the fitter, Dean and the other man (whose name I didn't catch) were amazing. They left no trace of mess at all, and the doors look like they have always been there. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
