    Fitted bedroom slat blind

    6 months to fulfill order (pre-Covid) Faulty blind. Months for replacement - had to chase constantly, lied about dispatch - replacement was faulty. Terrible communication - zero follow-up. Required constant chasing. Ongoing lies. Matter has been running since Jan 2019. Legal proceedings (Section 75 Consumer Credit Act and DSAR submitted) underway.

    3 new blinds fitted

    1. Paid 100% upfront for 10% discount - but Albo initially took full amount 2. Fitter called 2 hours beforehand to ask if he could come - no proper notification from Albo 2. Totally unaware fitter had arrived / fitted blinds until son mentioned next morning 3. One of the blinds wrong size, not communicated 4. Behaved as if doing me favour by fast-tracking corrected blind - their mistake 4. When blind arrived - not communicated - sat in shop for 2 days until I called in 5. Salma repeatedly talked over me on call - not professional 6. Asked twice for call back from supervisor - not received.

    My fiancé and I wanted to fit some shutters with a black out blind into our daughters room. We ordered them in 2019, and whilst we have had covid issues, We had to chase about 10 times to find out where our shutters were. At one point we were told they were ‘in the air’ and a week later we hadn’t heard and they were ‘still in the air.’ After the shutters finally arrived the blackout blind hadn’t been ordered with them meaning we had half a job installed. Another 15 calls later and finally installed the black out blind 6 months after initial contact. Fitted poorly and now damaged.

    The blinds should have been installed about a month ago. Still no update despite chasing. Still waiting. Terrible service.

    Blinds were ordered 27/03/19, 4 weeks later I had heard nothing and the phone calls and messages I left were not being returned. I drove to their premises to be told their phone lines were down. Made appointment for fitting 20/5/19 which was cancelled by Albo blinds but they rescheduled for 22/05/19 the blinds were fitted but were not the colour I had ordered. I paid the balance owing and was told the correct blinds would be 1 week. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for my correct order to be fulfilled. I am still waiting for my calls to be returned and I'm still waiting or a reply to my email.
