Steve gave me a reasonable quote to render and bead over a 14 metre side wall. He took 2 & half days to do the job! He run out of render on the smooth coat and had to go and get another bag. Unfortunately this was a critical error as the midday sun was beating down on the wall. So after two days hair line cracks started to appear and two ran all the way down the wall. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I contacted Steve and said he was busy and wouldn't guarantee the work as it was not taken back to the brick before he rendered the wall. I only wanted him to make good on the job!

I pre warned Darren and his wife
if I render over a old rendered wall it could crack but they gave me the go ahead
This was because they opted for the cheaper option instead of doing a proper job I also told them before I started the job nothing is guaranteed if it isn’t taken back to brick I didn’t say this after completion
