Alan was here early. He fixed the leak quickly and went to check the boiler, which kept switching off. He didn't leave until he was sure we had heating. He was thorough, professional and friendly. Fortunately we were home when the leak occured in our downstairs toilet. We turned the water off but the ground floor was sopping wet. I phoned Alan who was on holiday but nevertheless he was round immediately to sort everything out for us. I can't recommend him enough. Alan jones was very efficient in his time keeping, worked to a pre arranged schedule , explained each step of the work he was undertaking and kept our disruption to a minimum. Throughout the job he was polite, kept his working area tidy and clean, at the end of each day left our premises immaculate. Alan met challenges during the installation but overcame them with humour and still finished to time. Alan arrived as arranged and very quickly problem solved the source of the leak coming from the shower. In the most hands on competent manner he resolved the issue, purchasing and fitting the relevant parts to return the shower to good use.
