Thank you for stellar job. Changed my old system boiler for a new combi. Fitted completely new pipework and took all the old cylinder and tanks away. Very efficient, competitive and down to earth. Happy to recommend and use again!

Steve was absolutely spot on, he attended earlier than her said he would, knew what the fault was right away, it took him 10 minutes and we were back to normal, when we asked how much he refused payment as it was just a sticky valve, we can't recommend him enough, give him a try he is honest, trustworthy and a geniune tradesman.

Steve is an absolute star! While others wouldn’t even return my calls he got in touch promptly, came over to provide a quote the next day and, within a week, had returned to complete the work. He removed a wobbly old radiator with ugly flexible pipes and has replaced it with a new model and some beautiful new copper pipework, even making good with hole filling (which I was expecting to have to do). The standard and neatness of his work is phenomenal, he respects your home and is a thoroughly nice guy too. Wholeheartedly recommend. Thanks again Steve.

Response time from requesting work, excellent, within a couple of hours. Work, date and price agreed before work was started, again excellent, was even able to come earlier then agreed time but I was notified to see if this was okay. All aspect of the job was explained as it progressed and carried out in a clean and professional manner, clearing up everything at the end. I am 100% satisfied with my whole experience and will definitely be recommending ALB Services to friends. Excellent!

I used the Checkatrade service to contact 3 suppliers on 30th June, Stephen from ALB Services called me back straight away and from that point through a survey to provide a quote and completion of the job took exactly a week. That's faultless service and the quality of workmanship is first class. I can certainly recommend this installer.
