had a problem with our home alarm system. thought that once i changed batteries in various parts of alarm i thought once changed set the alarm an ready to go but unfortunately little did i know its more than just swap old to new an away you go, no not at all. anyway geoff was the first to answer our job on site here. which was in the same afternoon. which was great. so we chatted on text re,job. an geoff was here to sort problem within days so we are very happy with his expertise and knowledge. so if your experiencing problems with your alarm system go no further than Aldcroft Alarms 10/10

We can highly recommend Geoff from Aldroft Alarms. Rang him this morning regarding our faulty burglar alarm. Within 2hrs we now have a repaired and fully functioning alarm. New battery installed, new external alarm box fitted and reprogrammed our existing system. Geoff is friendly, efficient and provides and excellent service. Can highly recommend if you need any alarm maintenance or replacement 💯

Brilliant! Geoff came within 4 hours of us calling him to repair a house alarm that kept triggering for no clear reason. He was polite, friendly, super efficient, a tidy worker and most of all spot on with his work- I have waited a few days before writing this to make sure that is correct! He gave a clear explanation of the fault and the repair and fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very quick to get in touch and arrange a date for the job to be completed. Arrived on time and did the job quickly. Tidied up afterwards and explained what was done and left information and contact number in case of any questions or problems later. Would recommend.

Geoff came out to fit a new 4 camera cctv system,he arrived on time and carried out the work to an excellent standard,he took the time to explain how to work the set up and how to put the cctv to our phones,nothing was too much trouble,would definitely recommend Geoff as everything was done from start to finish in a professional manner.
