We had two lads, who were really hard working, polite and always punctual. One of the chaps came into the house even removed his shoes without being asked which the sales rep didn't do himself. They promised to remove pre existing material from the tiles and fix the valleys. This they did and did (we hope as we only had it done two days ago) an amaziing job. The downside was the area wasn't as tidy after the job as we had hoped for but one of the guys came back to tidy it. We felt both reps were too pushy though and didn't give us breathing room to think as elderly people.

Sydney gave me sound professional advice regarding how my roof problem may have occurred, what needed to be done and how long it was going to take. He gave me a fixed price, turned up on time, were clean, diligent and completed the job exactly as they said. All of his team members were polite, pleasant and hard working. There was no fuss, no drama - finished the job bang on time, sweeping up all the rubbish down to the last nail.
